Ceres quiet period ends April 2

Ceres, which sells seeds used to produce renewable bioenergy feedstocks, will see its quiet period end on 4/2/12. On 2/21/12, the company raised $65.0 million by offering 5 million shares at $13.00, below the range of $16.00 to $17.00. Goldman Sachs and Barclays acted as lead managers on the deal.
