Century Communities prices IPO at $23, the low end of the range

Century Communities, a single-family homebuilder in Colorado, Texas and Nevada, raised $103 million by offering 4.5 million shares at $23, the low end of the range of $23 to $26. Century Communities plans to list on the NYSE under the symbol CCS. Century Communities initially filed confidentially on 9/16/2013. FBR Capital Markets, J.P. Morgan and Deutsche Bank acted as lead managers on the deal.
