Capitol Acquisition Corp. II prices upsized IPO at $10

Capitol Acquisition Corp. II, a blank check company led by Mark Ein, former Chairman of Kastle Systems and CEO of Venturehouse, raised $180 million by offering 18 million units (up from 15 million) at $10. Capitol Acquisition Corp. II plans to list on the NASDAQ under the symbol CLACU. Capitol Acquisition Corp. II initially filed confidentially on 1/30/2012. Citi and Deutsche Bank acted as joint bookrunners on the deal.
