Blackstone's Hilton Worldwide announces ticker, picks NYSE for listing

Hilton Worldwide, which owns and franchises a portfolio of 4,080 hotels worldwide, announced that it plans to list on the NYSE under the symbol HLT in an amendment filed with the SEC on Wednesday. The McLean, VA-based company was founded in 1919. Deutsche Bank, Goldman Sachs, BofA Merrill Lynch and Morgan Stanley are the joint bookrunners on the deal. No pricing terms were disclosed.
