any other month. So if you need to stock up on bakeware, cutlery
sets or small appliances for the holiday cooking season, now is the
time to buy.
HDTV prices are expected to reach record-breaking lows, according
to dealnews.com. On Black Friday, expect prices on off-brand
42-inch HDTVs to hit $189, 55-inch HDTVs to fall to $789 and
60-inch HDTVs to be $719. Prices on name-brand TVs already are
within a few dollars of their lowest prices of the year, which were
reached at the beginning of 2012. Price on these models should fall
even more in December.
Dealnews.com expects prices on budget laptops to hit $179 on Black
Friday. This price is lower than the cheapest tablet (and
dealnews.com doesn't expect to see tablet prices marked down much
on Black Friday).
