BRUSSELS--Belgium's inflation slowed again in February, touching its lowest levels in almost three years, as prices for electricity, natural gas and cell phone calls fell, the Belgian economy ministry said Wednesday.

This month's consumer price index fell to 1.19% from 1.46% in January, the ministry said. "You need to go back to Feb. 2010 to observe a lower inflation level," the ministry said in a statement. Inflation then was a 0.7%, it said.

Energy prices and the cost of phone calls decreased, while transport fuel, cut flowers, restaurants and cafes, fresh fruits and bread, all rose, the ministry said.
