Barracuda Networks prices IPO at $18, the low end of the range

Barracuda Networks, which provides easy-to-use security and storage software for SMBs, raised $75 million by offering 4.1 million shares at $18, the low end of the $18 to $21 range. Barracuda Networks plans to list on the NYSE under the symbol CUDA. Barracuda Networks initially filed confidentially on July 29, 2013. Morgan Stanley, J.P. Morgan and BofA Merrill Lynch acted as lead managers on the deal.
