Balmoral Reports More Broad Gold Intercepts at Quebec Gold Project

Balmoral Resources Ltd. (BAR.V) today announced additional drill results from the Martiniere East area of the company's Detour Trend Gold Project in central Quebec.

All four holes for which results were reported intersected significant gold mineralization.

"Today's results continue to expand the gold system in the Martiniere East area and serve to again highlight the abundance of gold mineralization and opportunities associated with this emerging discovery," said Balmoral president and CEO Darin Wagner.

Drilling is set to resume on the project during the second week of June.

BAR shares were off a penny at $0.56 on volume of 90,500.
