Baker Hughes Records Rig Counts in November 2012

Baker Hughes ( BHI ) announced that the international rig count for November 2012 was 1,267, up 8 from the 1,259 counted in October 2012, and up 82 from the 1,185 counted in November 2011.

The international offshore rig count for November 2012 was 300, down 6 from the 306 counted in October 2012 and down 2 from the 302 counted in November 2011.

The Baker Hughes Rotary rig counts are counts of the number of drilling rigs actively exploring for or developing oil or natural gas in the United States, Canada and international markets.

BHI closed in the red at $41.98 yesterday.
