Australian Merchandise Imports Fell An Adjusted 2% In Jan Vs Dec



SYDNEY -(Dow Jones)- Australian merchandise imports fell A$366 million, or 2%, to A$20.631 billion in January from A$20.997 billion in December in seasonally adjusted terms, the Australian Bureau of Statistics said Monday.

In original terms, merchandise imports were A$19.198 billion, a decrease of A$ 882 million, or 4%, on December, the ABS said.
