Ares Dynamic Credit Allocation Fund, Inc. (ARDC) Ex-Dividend Date Scheduled for January 23, 2013

Ares Dynamic Credit Allocation Fund, Inc. ( ARDC ) will begin trading ex-dividend on January 23, 2013. A cash dividend payment of $0.117 per share is scheduled to be paid on January 31, 2013. Shareholders who purchased ARDC stock prior to the ex-dividend date are eligible for the cash dividend payment.

The previous trading day's last sale of ARDC was $19.4, representing a -4.9% decrease from the 52 week high of $20.40 and a 0.83% increase over the 52 week low of $19.24.
