Annaly Capital Downgraded to “Hold” at Stifel Nicolaus (NLY)

Mortgage securities firm Annaly Capital Management, Inc. ( NLY ) on Friday caught a downgrade from analysts at Stifel Nicolaus.

The firm said it cut its rating on NLY from "Buy" to "Hold." The stock, which has been a favorite of many dividend investors over the past few years due its extremely high yield, has been nearly unchanged year-to-date thus far.

Annaly Capital shares were mostly flat in premarket trading Friday.
