American equity markets digest Apple’s earnings Thursday

The US Stock market experienced a mixed opening Thursday, roiled by Apple's ( AAPL ) stagnated earnings, which sunk the pair -12.0% at the opening.

Beginning with the indices and composites, the NASDAQ fell -0.59% as it settles in region of 3135.74, down -18.59 points in these moments. In addition, the S&P 500 is trading in positive territory, operating at 1497.654, gaining +2.28 points or +0.15% at the time of writing. Finally, the Dow Jones has moved higher at the opening as well, trading in the zone of 13813.69, presently +0.25% after an ascent of +34.36 points.

Sectors are all green at the opening, however Technology sector has distinguished itself as the loser thus far, collapsing -1.82% on Apple. In other news, the price of crude has settled above USD $95.47 Thursday.
