Alpine Global Dynamic Dividend Fund (AGD) Ex-Dividend Date Scheduled for November 20, 2012

Alpine Global Dynamic Dividend Fund ( AGD ) has announced an ex-dividend date of November 20, 2012 and a cash dividend payment of $0.06 per share scheduled for November 30, 2012. Shareholders who purchased AGD stock prior to the ex-dividend date are eligible for the cash dividend payment. This marks the 24th quarter that AGD has paid the same dividend. At the current stock price of $4.85, the dividend yield is 14.85%.

The previous trading day's last sale of AGD was $4.85, representing a -23.5% decrease from the 52 week high of $6.34 and a 1.04% increase over the 52 week low of $4.80.
