Accenture’s Estimates Boosted at UBS (ACN)

Outsourcing and consulting company Accenture Plc ( ACN ) on Friday saw its earnings estimates raised by analysts at UBS.

The firm said it boosted its estimates for ACN through 2011, citing expected margin expansion into 2011. UBS currently rates the stock as a "Neutral" with a $41 price target.

Accenture shares, which had closed at $42.43 on Thursday, fell 84 cents, or -2%, in premarket trading Friday.

The Bottom Line
Shares of ACN have a 1.77% dividend yield, based on last night's closing stock price of $42.43. The stock has technical support in the $37-$40 price area. If the shares can firm up, we see see overhead resistance around the $45 price level. We would remain on the sidelines for now.
