6 US IPOs planned for the week of Apr 15

The following IPOs are expected to price this week :

Blackhawk Network ( HAWK ), a Safeway spinoff that distributes prepaid gift, telecom and debit cards, plans to raise $210 million by offering 10.0 million shares at a price range of $20.00 to $22.00. At the midpoint of the proposed range, Blackhawk Network would command a market value of $1.1 billion. Blackhawk Network, which was founded in 2001, booked $959 million in sales over the last 12 months. The Pleasanton, CA-based company plans to list on the NASDAQ under the symbol HAWK. Goldman Sachs, BofA Merrill Lynch, Citi and Deutsche Bank are the joint bookrunners on the deal.

Fairway Group Holdings ( FWM ), which operates 12 large-format grocery stores in the greater NYC metro area, plans to raise $150 million by offering 13.7 million shares at a price range of $10.00 to $12.00. At the midpoint of the proposed range, Fairway Group Holdings would command a market value of $454 million. Fairway Group Holdings, which was founded in 1933, booked $633 million in sales over the last 12 months. The New York, NY-based company plans to list on the NASDAQ under the symbol FWM. Credit Suisse, BofA Merrill Lynch, Jefferies & Co. and William Blair are the joint bookrunners on the deal.

Hannon Armstrong ( HASI ), a REIT that provides financing for clean energy and other infrastructure projects, plans to raise $200 million by offering 13.3 million shares at a price range of $14.00 to $16.00. At the midpoint of the proposed range, Hannon Armstrong would command a market value of $243 million. Hannon Armstrong, which was founded in 1980, booked $17 million in sales over the last 12 months. The Annapolis, MD-based company plans to list on the NYSE under the symbol HASI. BofA Merrill Lynch, UBS Investment Bank and Wells Fargo Securities are the joint bookrunners on the deal.

Intelsat S.A. ( I ), the world's largest provider of satellite services, plans to raise $500 million by offering 21.7 million shares at a price range of $21.00 to $25.00. At the midpoint of the proposed range, Intelsat S.A. would command a market value of $2.6 billion. Intelsat S.A., which was founded in 1964, booked $2.6 billion in sales over the last 12 months. The , Luxembourg-based company plans to list on the NYSE under the symbol I. Goldman Sachs, J.P. Morgan, Morgan Stanley and BofA Merrill Lynch are the joint bookrunners on the deal.

SeaWorld Entertainment ( SEAS ), which operates 11 US theme parks under brands such as SeaWorld and Busch Gardens, plans to raise $510 million by offering 20.0 million shares at a price range of $24.00 to $27.00. At the midpoint of the proposed range, SeaWorld Entertainment would command a market value of $2.4 billion. SeaWorld Entertainment, which was founded in 1959, booked $1.4 billion in sales over the last 12 months. The Orlando, FL-based company plans to list on the NYSE under the symbol SEAS. Goldman Sachs, J.P. Morgan, Citi and BofA Merrill Lynch are the joint bookrunners on the deal.

Taminco Corporation (TAM), the world's largest pure-play producer of alkylamines and alkylamine derivatives, plans to raise $300 million by offering 15.8 million shares at a price range of $18.00 to $20.00. At the midpoint of the proposed range, Taminco Corporation would command a market value of $1.3 billion. Taminco Corporation, which was founded in 1928, booked $1.1 billion in sales over the last 12 months. The Allentown, PA-based company plans to list on the NYSE under the symbol TAM. Citi, Goldman Sachs, Credit Suisse and J.P. Morgan are the joint bookrunners on the deal.
